We want you to love your purchase, but if it’s not quite right, don’t worry! You can return it to us, unused, in its original packaging, with all bags sealed, within 28 days of receiving your order. Simply enclose a cover note containing your reason for returning the item, your contact details and your order number, and we will contact you when it arrives with us. At the very latest we will refund your money within 30 days of the original purchase.

We want to make returns and exchanges as easy as possible, so here are a few friendly pointers to help.

Keep it Original

Please ensure any items you return are in their original condition, with all packaging intact.

Exchanges

If you’d like to swap an item, you’ll need to cover the cost of returning it to us, plus postage for the replacement item.

Refunds

If you’re returning an item for a refund, return postage costs are your responsibility.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If we’ve made a mistake or sent you a faulty item, we’ll happily cover the return postage costs.

Safe Travels

You’re responsible for the item until it reaches us, so we recommend using a secure delivery method that requires a signature on arrival.

Order Cancellations

If you’d like to cancel your order, please contact us before dispatch for a full refund. If your order has already been sent, just follow our returns process.
