Where We Ship

Right now, we’re only able to ship to mainland UK.

How We Ship

We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 which aims for next-day delivery (including Saturdays), or Royal Mail Tracked 48, which aims to deliver your order within 2–3 working days, including Saturdays. If a redirection is in place, it might take an extra day.

Processing Time

Please allow 1–3 days for processing after placing your order. We always aim to dispatch your items as quickly as possible, usually within 5 days.

Unexpected Delays

Extreme weather or circumstances beyond our control might cause slight delays, but rest assured, we’ll do everything we can to get your order to you as soon as possible.

Weekend & Bank Holiday Deliveries

Deliveries aren’t available on Sundays or Bank Holidays. Orders placed after 1 PM on Friday will be processed on Monday (or Tuesday if it’s a Bank Holiday).

If an item isn’t available, we’ll reach out to you. You can choose to wait for it to be restocked or opt for an alternative item.
